Repco designers and technical staff offer a full in-house new product design and development service. Whether working independently to a written brief or in combination with a client or design agency, the Repco design team play an integral part in helping customers achieve the optimum solution to their packaging requirements.

To achieve this designers use sophisticated CAD/CAM software and modeling facilities. The use of 3D Solid Modeling easily shows characteristics of new designs. As a result, pack shape, size and functionality can all be thoroughly evaluated and optimized prior to prototype production. We also use customers existing 3D or Surface designs to help with Tool design and the generation of CNC Machine Code, to aid in rapid machine prototyping.
